Charles Reynolds "Charley" Scarabin
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana on July 18, 1947 and died on April 12, 1970 in a car accident on Hwy. 23 near Myrtle Grove, Louisiana. He's the late son of the late Louis Melvin, Sr. and Gertrude Landry Scarabin. He is the late younger brother of Louis Melvin "D.D." Jr., Jeffrey Mervin "Buzzy,", the late Ernest Leonard "Pompy", James Randolph "Jimmy", and the late older brother of Judith Ann "Judy" Willig, the late Wayne Michael and Minos Paul.
